Dry grinding dust collection workstation, used for dust collection during grinding in the workshop. Below the grinding table is a filter cartridge dust collection system.

I. Structure and Features

Equipped with swivel wheels for easy mobility. The tabletop is a ventilated platform with grilles. There is a dust-blocking / air-gathering hood above, and below is a filtering and dust collection box.

II. Working Principle

It creates negative pressure on the grinding table through the built-in fan, drawing the dust generated during grinding into the equipment. The coarse particles are first filtered by gravity, and then filtered by the filter cartridge. The purified air is directly recycled indoors, while the dust is collected in the dust collection drawer below.

III. Main Application Scenarios

It is commonly used for grinding and polishing operations of wood, hardware, plastic parts, composite materials, etc. It is suitable for handling dust conditions that are not prone to deterioration when exposed to water, and have no strong flammable or explosive risks.
