Daily maintenance points ⚠️

Spray nozzles:

Prone to scaling and blockage, rinse weekly; blockage will significantly reduce the purification efficiency;

Recirculating water tank

Regularly discharge the sludge, remove the accumulated dust, and replenish neutralizing agents (alkali solution / clean water);

Filtration layer packing

If the accumulated dust blocks the filter, it will cause water dripping at the top of the tower and water in the fan. It should be disassembled and cleaned every quarter;

Pest control inspection

The weld seams and manhole flanges are prone to corrosion and leakage. They should be painted regularly to prevent rust.

Fan maintenance

The exhaust gas contains oil/particles which can easily adhere to the impeller, causing vibration imbalance. It should be cleaned regularly.
