Dry grinding dust collection workstation, used for dust collection during grinding in the workshop. The grinding table below is equipped with a filter cartridge dust collector system.

I. Structure and Features

It is equipped with swivel wheels for easy movement. The tabletop is a ventilated platform with grilles. There is a dust-proof / air-gathering hood above and a filtering and dust collection box below.

II. Working Principle

It creates negative pressure on the grinding table through the built-in fan, drawing the dust generated during grinding into the equipment. The coarse particles are first filtered by gravity, and then filtered by the filter cartridge. The purified air is directly recycled in the room, while the dust is collected in the dust collection drawer below.

III. Main Application Scenarios

It is commonly used for grinding and polishing operations of wood, hardware, plastics, composite materials, etc. It is suitable for handling dust conditions that are not prone to deterioration when exposed to water, and have no strong flammable or explosive risks.
